Pumpkin Carving!

So once a month my family gets together and we have FHE. It always seems like my brother Jason gets to host it in October. So we got together and had dinner then we carved pumpkins. It was nice to have the mess happen somewhere eles. The boys where so excited. They had gone with Korey to go and pick out pumpkins while I was at work Saturday. They picked out huge pumpkins. I have to say I was a little worried when I saw how big they where. But they were not to messy inside.

So here they are working so hard I helped Ryan, while Korey helped Preston, and my nephew Cameron helped McKay. My brother Jason and his daughter did theres together, and even Parker got in on the action.

McKay's Pumpkin

At McKay's school they have a pumpkin contest. The kids are only able to decorate or paint there pumpkins. No carving. McKay did his this year all by himself. We found this fun idea online. I thought it was really cool! Good Job McKay!!!

Family Pictures

So over the weekend we had family photos done by Jessie O'Neal she is awesome! You should check out her
blog, She does such a great job. She is just starting out so she is actually affordable. We could not be happier with them. Now we just have to choose between them all. Which is seeming harder than we thought. So we want everyone to help us out and tell us one which you like the most. Thanks! Also thank you to Jessie for putting up with us for awhile. I know my boys can be pretty crazy at times. You were great to just keep shooting pictures. We love them!

This is one Korey likes. I promised him I would post it. I am not sure if I love it or not.

These pictures are just some cute ones of the boys together.

This is just one I had to throw in to have proof that Ryan actually looked at the camera one time. When he does the picture turns out priceless. I may have to replace the picture we had done for his 3 year old one with this one.

These are Parker's picture I never got his one year picture done. I just do not know which one to choose they are all cute and show such different sides of him.

This is Preston. We decided since his birthday is in 6 weeks we would just do his birthday pictures now. He is so photogenic it was hard for us to narrow it down to 2 pictures.

Kittens

Our sweet little kittens have reached the ripe old age of 6 weeks and are now ready to go to a good home. If you or anyone you may know want a kitten let me know. They are both litter box trained and eat kitten food. They both have amazing blue eyes. The all black one is a boy, and the calico one is a girl. They are kid friendly, and a great addition to the family.

Some Fun Times With Cousins

My brother Mark and his family came down from Montana for a few days. It was so great to see them and good to get a chance to hang out. I wish they had come down for better reasons. We are sorry for your lost at this time. We hope the best for the family. Ray was a great man and will truly be missed. I am glad we were able to help out by hanging out and letting the kids have some time together. While they were here we took them to Pumpkin Land to play. They seemed to have a lot of fun.

After we were done with all the activities we let the kids pick out a pumpkin and then when we got home they were able to paint them. It was fun to see them get creative. Even Parker got in on the action.

HEE HAWS

On Wednesday I was very brave and took the boys to Hee Haws. Of course I would never do this alone. I had the help of my wonderful In-Laws. I told Kathy(mother in-law) that I could not do it unless she was there to help. I did not get to go last year because I was at work. So of course this year Korey was at work. But it was really fun. We got there kind of early so it was not crowded at all. The boys had a lot of fun playing with all the animals. Plus anything involving there cousins is always fun to them.

They also loved the slide. Until the cranky work lady came and gave us rules on how we could go down the slide. Then it was not as much fun going down.

They had a fun hay ride, and even a fun little kids train ride. They sat in these little animal type cars and got pulled around the grounds. The kids thought that was really fun too.

Thanks Guys for the fun time. We need to hang out more often!!!

Ryan Was Tagged!

My Niece Macy tagged Ryan. I am suppose to say 5 things you may not know about my Sweet Little Ryan.

#1-Him and Preston are only 15 months apart(not planned to be that close).

#2-He has a very evil laugh when he is causing trouble.

#3-He has a very special blanket that he carries all around the house and takes to bed. We have been trying to get him to get a new one. But he loves his old worn out blanket.

#4-He loves to going to preschool.

#5-He favorite show is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

*Ryan now Tags CoCo, Oliva, Brinley, Thumbalina, Hailey Jo.*

I've Been Tagged!

This was a fun tag. It is even better since the picture that came up is so funny! The rules are you go to your pictures file and you go to the 4th folder and then do the 4th picture. So mine is of Korey holding Ryan, and Preston standing close by. We had gone up to Strawberry that day to hang out with the family for the afternoon. The boys decided to swim in the lake. While we let the clothes dry off they ran around naked. This of course was 2 years ago. So they loved to run around naked at that age.

I now Tag Molly, Misty, Ashley H., Shalynn, Alyssa Larsen, and Leslie. Have fun!!!

My Funny 3 Year Old!

So we had a great afternoon of just hanging out after church. Korey was playing a card game with the boys. Ryan and Korey where on the same team. Ryan said to Korey "Dad we are going to kick THE butt at this game." A little bit later I guess the game was not going as well for them as it had been going at the start of the game. The next thing I heard from Ryan was "Daddy we are not kicking THE butt." I could not help but laugh. I love my boys!!!
